The average price of gas in Boise has fallen 15.8 cents in the last week (so, at $4.94 per gallon it's currently under $5... but still much higher than one year ago). Whether this downward trend will continue is unclear. According to AAA, "crude oil still above $90 per barrel, a sudden increase in fuel demand or a disruption in the supply chain could quickly reverse the trend." To check out gas prices in your area (and identify the cheapest), check out KTVB's interactive 'Gas Prices in Idaho Map' here.

"With an influx of manufacturing and distribution operations to the area, the need for industrial real estate has never been greater. We expect that the Boise industrial market, which has been largely underserved until now, will grow significantly in the next several years." Read the full article here.

Another fun event happening TONIGHT - it's the First Federal Bank's second annual Rock Paper Scissors Tournament of Champions! And yes, it's literally an event where grown adults compete in rock paper scissors battles (all for a good cause). The gist of it: players from local businesses play on behalf of their chosen charity. The charities of the top 4 players then receive prizes ranging from $10k to $1k. How fun! Check out all of the details on First Federal Bank's Facebook Event here.
