A new food truck serving unique pizza will soon be permanently stationed at the Mad Swede taproom in South Boise on Cole Rd! Created by longtime Mad Swede employee Eric Larson, it's called Fire Giant’s Pizza Forge. The concept and pizza crust sounds pretty delicious... "every aspect of the pizza is made completely from scratch and almost every aspect incorporates Mad Swede beer, from the sauces to the meats to the crust itself. Fire Giant's Pizza Forge makes dough from the spent grain of Mad Swede's brew process, making it lower carb with higher protein, fiber, and vitamin E." Mark your calendar to join their Grand Opening party on Friday, December 2nd.
