VIRTUAL LISTING CONSULTATIONS
Our team is ready and able to conduct all meetings via teleconferencing, Zoom, or Facetime. We can and will provide you with all your necessary documentation via electronic methods.
VIRTUAL FACETIME OR ZOOM HOME VALUATIONS
To ensure we provide you with a detailed valuation of your home, we will schedule a virtual tour (via Zoom, FaceTime, or other preferred virtual meeting application) to view your home and property. At the conclusion of our call we will follow-up with a detailed valuation and/or list of next steps.
VIRTUAL STAGING CONSULTATIONS
If deemed useful, we will schedule a virtual meeting for us to walk through the home with one of our preferred professional stagers. Following that Zoom, FaceTime call, our stager will prepare a list of recommendations and/or next steps.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY CONSULTATIONS
One of our preferred professional photographers will photograph your home. If deemed a fit, we will have additional 3-D and/or drone photos (which will allow buyers to more comfortably purchase a property sight unseen).
BUYER-FREE SHOWING PROCESS (OPTIONAL)
If you do not want to show your home in-person, we will arrange virtual showings with buyers agents. One of our team members will be virtually on the call with you as you walk the buyer and their agent through a scheduled tour of the home via FaceTime, Zoom or other electronic means.
VIRTUAL CLOSINGS
We are coordinating with local title and escrow professionals to conduct closings virtually, which will include electronic notary requirements. At this point, to meet notary requirements, you will join the scheduled closing call prepared with your required Identification materials, which you will hold up during the portion of the process with notary requirements.
PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATIONS
We are equipped with resources to ensure that you, as the seller, and any potential buyers can negotiate potentially unique arrangements (if need be).
END-TO-END TRANSACTION WITH NO CONTACT
If you choose, we will ensure that you are able to conduct your entire real estate transaction without risking any social contact.

Our team will provide you with all showing-specific information electronically. Leveraging Zoom or Facebook we will organize and coordinate virtual showings. Due to these unprecedented times, we do request that virtual showings be limited to properties of serious interest only.
