Forecast: Idaho Housing Prices to Rise Further
Source: Idaho Business Review

A newly released national real estate report compiled by Veros predicts that four Idaho cities will continue to experience some of the biggest increases in values across the next year.  According to the report, property values in Coeur d’Alene (No.2), Idaho Falls (No.3), Boise City-Nampa (No. 4) and Pocatello (No. 9) markets will rise 9.5%, 9.4%, 9.1% and 7.2%, respectively. The increased demand for housing coupled by the relatively low supply of listed homes has been a leading contributor to the overall uptick in home values and prices. 10 Best Things To Do With Your Dog In Boise, Idaho

You've likely heard it before (or have simply noted it by living or visiting the area) - Boise dwellers love their friendly four-legged counterparts. As noted by the author of this article "Tucked into the foothills of the Boise Mountains and bisected by the Boise River not from Boise High School and the Boise Art Museum, all within twenty minutes (max) of Boise Airport, it only takes an hour or two to realize just how fond Boiseans are of their charming home, but the one thing they may cherish more than the city itself (pronounced BOY-see, not Boy-zee, by the way) is its dog population." If you're looking for a quick list of some fun local activities to take your pooch on, be sure to peruse this article.
