Forecast: Idaho Housing Prices to Rise Further

A newly released national real estate report compiled by
Veros predicts that four Idaho cities will continue to experience some of the biggest increases in values across the next year. According to the report, property values in Coeur d’Alene (No.2), Idaho Falls (No.3), Boise City-Nampa
(No. 4) and Pocatello (No. 9) markets will rise 9.5%, 9.4%, 9.1% and 7.2%, respectively. The increased demand for housing coupled by the relatively low supply of listed homes has been a leading contributor to the overall uptick in home values and
