Across Ada County Home Buyers Enjoy Increased Options
An increase in the inventory of newly constructed homes, coupled with a slight boost in the inventory of pre-existing homes gave buyers more options in September than any month this year, thereby extending the homebuying season into the fall. Despite
this increased inventory, demand is still outpacing supply, which has helped to boost the overall median sales price to $349,994 (up 9.7% from this time last year but down 1.4% from last month).
