Boise: Among the Top 10 Cities for Buying a House in 2019

According to a recent report from Attom Data Solutions, the average American's ability to afford a home is currently at a 10-year low. With that said, not all hope is lost. Check out this list featuring the "best markets" for homebuyers.  And please note that this list of "best places" isn't simply compiled of the cheapest; as you will see, it includes a few seemingly "pricey" cities (such as Boston and Miami) as well as up-and-coming cities (such as Boise and Chattanooga, Tennessee). Idaho: One of Fastest Growing States in the Country - Again

According the U.S. Census Bureau, Idaho has (for the second year in a row) earned the title of being the fastest growing state in the country. Tied with Nevada, Idaho’s total population grew 2.1% year-over-year. And if that’s impressive enough, our beloved state has grown a whopping 12% since 2010!

Boise Identified Among Fastest Growing Markets

National moving company U-Haul recently released their Annual Migration Report and ranked Boise among the top 25 growing markets.
